


OFALycée offers complementary French education that follows the traditional school calendar from September to June. Registrations for the start of the school year in September are open from the previous January. We accept registrations during the year depending on availability.

APPLICATION
Complete and submit your application along with the non-refundable application fee via our online TADS platform, which you can reach here.
ASSESSMENT
Applicants are asked to complete assessments in French and Mathematics as part of the application process. These assessments are completed online.
FAMILY MEETING
Once the assessments have been completed, our admissions team will schedule a follow-up meeting with you to discuss the results and answer any additional questions you may have.
ENROLLMENT
You will receive an official letter of acceptance and the agreement to be signed. CONGRATULATIONS! Welcome to OFALycée!

Financial aid application period
The application process is the same for all students regardless of enrollment option (Single or Full Program).
Places are only guaranteed upon receipt of signed enrollment contract along with non-refundable deposit.
TUITION FEES

Appplication Fee
A non-refundable application fee is charged for all applicants: $175
Tuition Discounts
– Single course: 10% reduction for the third child enrolled.
– Full Program: 25% reduction for the third child enrolled.
Included in tuition: Full, Single, Electives
– Cohorts of maximum of 4 students (Kindergarten – 3rd Grade), 6 students (4th – 8th Grade) and 8 students (9th – 12th Grade)
– Weekly courses plus live teacher-led office hour sessions
– Personalized follow-ups (report cards, meetings, etc.)
– Social-Emotional Learning Program
College Counseling
– Round tables and information sessions about college counseling
– Presentations on overseas studies by country (France, United Kingdom, Canada, United States)
– Presentations from schools in Europe and North America
– Access to exclusive college counseling resources
PAYMENT OPTIONS
A non-refundable deposit based on the program chosen is due at enrollment.
Deposit amounts:
K-12 : Single course – $500
4th-10th: full program (any program with more than one course) – $900
11th + 12th grade: full program – $1800
Payment plan options (tuition agreement):
Option #1: one installment due on June 1st
Option #2: two installments due in June and December
Option #3: 10 installments from June-March
Fees:
Payment plan option #1 and 2: $40 one-time fee
Payment plan option # 3: $55 one-time fee
Credit card payment convenience fees: 3%
Bank transfer payment fees: 0.3 %

OFALycée offers means-based financial aid to qualifying families.
Financial aid is not guaranteed as it is based on the final amount allocated to the fund for that year. The level of assistance provided may therefore vary from one year to the next.
Financial Aid Application Process:
Step 1: Complete the application by clicking here. Application fee: $60.
Step 2: Period for submitting financial aid application: November 15 – May 15.
Step 3: Review of financial aid applications by the internal Financial Aid Committee.
Step 4: All decisions regarding financial aid will be communicated by June 15th.
Note: incomplete applications will not be considered. Families will have 2 weeks following acceptance to finalize registration.
