Math Story #3 – Pythagoras by Euclid

First, there was Pythagoras, the white-clad, bearded mathematician-philosopher, founder of a quasi-religious school. Then came Euclid, the surveyor.

This episode of Math Story is dedicated to the demonstration of the theory of Pythagorus by Euclid.

Who has never dreamed of discovering the hidden face of mathematics !? Because behind the perfect architecture that constitutes “mathematical knowledge”, behind the eminent abstract language that allows men to translate reality into a “map” and to explain the world hides real stories, authentic and human anecdotes, funny and surprising. It is this story that “Maths Story” proposes to make, through short and effective videos. And the educational talent of Thomas Renault!
