Our Story
OFA Lycée was created in 2019 to meet a real need: that of families who want to give their children the chance to follow an American education without abandoning French schooling and, beyond that, French culture and language, while opening the possibility of studying in France later.
Three passionate educators, united by a common vision of bilingual and bicultural education, founded OFA Lycée to build a bridge between the French and American educational systems.
Our Concept
With our unique concept of complementarity, OFA Lycée merges two school systems into a complete bilingual and bicultural program from Kindergarten to 12th grade. What is learned in English at the American school is used to meet the requirements of French programs.
During the day, the student attends a local American school. Then, at home, they take complementary OFA Lycée classes online in small groups, centralized on our digital teaching platform.

Our Mission
Bilingualism and biculturalism are at the heart of our concept at OFA Lycée. However, our mission goes much further.
Our holistic approach integrates complementary bilingual education with personalized academic learning, a socio-emotional skills program, and individual higher education guidance. This complete education provides our students with the knowledge, skills, and international experience they need for their future.
Our Vision
OFA Lycée's vision is to bring international French education into the 21st century, by embracing the recent and unprecedented transformations taking place in our society in general and the educational world in particular.
Our students can follow a dual education through the Baccalaureate, opening doors to higher education in Europe, North America, and around the world.
The Founders
Géraldine Guillermin
Co-founder & Director
Géraldine Guillermin has over twenty years of experience in education as a teacher, guidance counselor, and high school director. A specialist in French, American, and international education systems, she notably created the American section of the baccalaureate (OIB) and the first French Bac examination center in New England.
Founder of Education & Conseil, LLC, she has guided numerous students through university admissions in North America and Europe.
Knight of the Order of Academic Palms (2016), she is now developing, with OFA Lycée, an innovative bilingual educational model combining French rigor and American flexibility, while integrating digital and socio-emotional approaches.
Olivier Saint-Vincent
Co-founder & Academic Director
Olivier Saint-Vincent is a certified professor of Classics and Philosophy, as well as an author of educational books, with over fifteen years of experience in France and internationally. Passionate about transmitting French language and culture, he has also led several entrepreneurial projects, including creating a sports federation, the Popular University of Boston, and a digital publishing house.
Committed to the humanist tradition while embracing innovation, he advocates for digital teaching freed from the constraints of time and space.
Valérie Burnick
Co-founder & Chief Administrative & Financial Officer
Valérie Burnick has twenty years of experience teaching mathematics and economic and social sciences, in France and internationally. She has contributed to developing programs for the International Baccalaureate and the French National Education system.
Committed to pedagogical innovation, she has developed differentiated approaches and created an entrepreneurship program in partnership with Babson College.
Graduate in applied economics and certified in SES, she also has expertise in international finance.
