- Experience : Christine Heitzmann, Co-Founder and Coach in Personal Development and Socio-Emotional Skills has more than 20 years of experience in theater teaching in French and international programs, including 14 years at an international school in the Boston area. She has trained to integrate the development of cognitive skills, social-emotional understanding, and ethical purpose by following the Transformative Teachers Workshops at the Dalai Lama MIT Center for Ethics and Transformative Values. This experience has been the centerpiece of the bridge between her professional life as a teacher and that of a personal development coach.
After a life coaching under the supervision of Julia Cameron (The Artist Way), Christine trained with Dr. Daniel Goleman (Emotional Intelligence) and obtained her Certificate of Achievement of Foundational and Relationship Skills courses from GolemanEI: Emotional intelligence coaching and training programs.
She is still developing in personal development and better knowledge of the inner world and emotions. She also received training in Dr. Marshall Rosenberg’s nonviolent communication process under the mentorship of Dr. Eli Martin Schotz. She completed her palette by adding a therapeutic tool and following training in IFS / Self-leadership.
Christine has created ON MY WAY Program and has been coaching students in France, the United Kingdom, and Switzerland via video-conference for more than 6 years. She has helped and prepared several high school students at prestigious universities such as Royal Central School of Speech and Drama / London-UK, Polytechnic, INSA, New York University Tisch School of the Arts.
